My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated 2 months ago

We know how frustrating this can be — and we’re here to help. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package hasn’t arrived, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your surroundings — sometimes carriers leave packages in secure spots like behind planters, with a neighbor, at a reception desk, or in a parcel locker.

  2. Ask household members or neighbors if they might’ve accepted the delivery on your behalf.

  3. Wait 24 hours. Occasionally, carriers mark a package as delivered slightly before it physically arrives.
